Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday - Friday
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed the day they are received; however, they are shipped based on the time the order is submitted (see below)
- Items purchased Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST are packaged and shipped that day
- Items purchased Monday-Friday after 3 PM EST are packaged and shipped the following morning
- Items purchased Saturday before 10 AM EST are packaged and shipped that day
- Items purchased Saturday after 10 AM EST are packaged and shipped Monday morning
[NOTE: In the event of a Federal holiday then items will be shipped the next day]
Q: Why can't my item be shipped right when I order it?
A: Sunrise Jewelry Studio is not a drop ship business. All jewelry that I created and sell must be hand polished (by me) before packaging and delivered to my local post office. All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and must be sent during their hours of operation.
[NOTE: I have to have a cut off time so I can ensure that items purchased during the hours stated earlier can be polished, packaged and dropped off at the post office so my customers can receive their items in a timely fashion]
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, at Sunrise Jewelry Studio I offer free shipping on all items.
Q: When will I receive my item?
A: All items are shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service. Per USPS website USPS First-Class Package Service mails in 1 - 3 Business Days.

Q: Is there another option for shipping?
A: Sorry, not at this time; but what can be better than free shipping.
Once again, please be advised that all items are delivered via USPS and the delivery time frame will vary upon destination and US Federal holiday schedule.
